The arms are adjustable to various angles and allow for unilateral training

The guide rod is made of 20 x 2.0 mm diameter stainless steel tube , which reduces the degree of shaking during the movement of the weight stack and makes the movement smoother.

The handle , the arm joint and the weight stack pin are all made of oxidized aluminum alloy.

Steel cable diameter 5.8 mm (7 x 19) with internal lubrication and nylon encapsulation.
