The DIAMOND Smith Machine is a machine composed of a guided barbell connected at both ends to two steel bars which act as a guide during pull/press exercises on the vertical axis.

The movement of the barbell follows a 7° angle , which is the natural trajectory of the movement for pressing or squatting in the Olympic lift .

There are also safety blocks along the axis of the upright onto which the barbell can be attached with a simple rotation of the wrists.
