The abdominal bench , which can be attached to the Swedish backrest, is a very useful accessory that allows you to expand the range of exercises to be performed.

The inclination can vary based on the choice of attachment peg, so you can perform different exercises during training.

The supporting structure is made of tubular steel with a 3.5x3.5 cm square section. On the steel base we find an MDF wooden support which varies from 16mm to 19mm in thickness. The 6 cm sponge padding and the eco-leather covering allow for greater comfort during training.

The abdominal bench is also complete with a footrest adjustable to 4 positions and wheels for transport.
