Advanced Swedish wooden shoulder rest

Advanced Swedish shoulder bar that allows you to carry out numerous exercises related to cross-fit, physiotherapy and muscle strengthening.

The structure is made with beech wood rungs and plywood brackets , sanded and naturally painted to highlight the wood grain.

This advanced wood is sturdy and durable it has a load capacity equal to that supported by the Swedish espalier to which it is tied.

The pegs allow the attachment of multiple products such as elastic bands, rings with straps , loop-bands, TRX and other tools for suspending the athlete in traction.

This model can be anchored directly to the Swedish backrest and can also be disassembled and therefore easily stored.
