The abdominal bench , which can be attached to the Swedish wall bars, is a very useful accessory that allows you to expand the range of exercises you can perform.

The incline can vary based on the choice of attachment peg, so you can perform different exercises during training.

The supporting structure is made of 3.5 cm round section tubular steel. On the steel base we find a MDF wood support that varies from 16mm to 19mm in thickness. The 5 cm sponge padding and the eco-leather covering allow greater comfort during training.

This abdominal bench is equipped with a foot strap and non-slip rubber rear feet.
